What this covers

This policy covers ajan.ai, the marketing site you are reading. It does not cover agent deployments we run inside a customer's systems; those are governed by the contract and data processing agreement signed for that engagement.

What we collect

Submitting the demo request form sends us:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• The description of the workflow you write in the message field

That is the whole list. If you don't submit the form, nothing about you reaches us. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

What we don't collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party scripts, pixels, or widgets. Nothing is written to local or session storage.

Web fonts are served from this domain rather than fetched from Google at page load, so reading this page doesn't announce your visit to anyone else.

How we use it

To prepare for the call you asked for, and to reply to you about it. The submission is emailed to our team and nothing else happens to it automatically: no marketing list, no scoring, no resale.

Who else handles it

Two providers touch a submission on its way to us:

• Resend, our email provider, delivers the submission to our inbox. Your address is set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly.
• Vercel hosts the site and serves every page, with the request logging that implies.

That is the whole list for this site. Both are bound by their own data processing terms.

How long we keep it

A demo request stays in our inbox while the conversation is live, and is deleted within 24 months if it goes nowhere. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, without asking you why.

Your rights

Whichever framework covers you (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or a US state privacy law), the same four rights apply here: ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days. If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to your own data protection regulator, and you do not need our permission to do so.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The site is small enough that this page is the whole story.
